INGREDIENTS: Organic black teas, natural bergamot oil. Each teabags brews one 6-8 ounce cup of tea. Brewing instructions: Tea is only as good as the water it is brewed in. Use filtered water as needed. Use one tea bag for each cup of tea desired. Pour 212F water over the tea and steep for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag. Relax and enjoy.
